I'm not able to try that as the torrents aren't imported at all. I read on a forum somewhere that in terms of migrating the BT_backup folder, it is best to re-create the download directory of the old installation on the new machine, then update the download folder on the torrents (with automatic management enabled) once they are imported. It is a valid torrent from the Ubuntu download page. Through the webui, I add a new torrent through the dialog but after I click "upload" and the dialog closes, nothing else happens.

  • After not figuring out a solution for that problem, I tried adding a new torrent to test downloading.
  • The downloaded files remain untouched in their old directory structure, just migrated to a new root download directory. On startup, the logs say (C) T20:25:55 - File sizes mismatch for torrent ''.

I have not updated the download path in the fastresume files. I am trying to import all my existing torrents by transferring the BT_backup folder from the old install to the new one.I have a feeling it is a permission issue but am not well versed enough in Ubuntu/Debian (or any Linux for that matter) to figure it out, so hopefully yall can lead me to the solution. However, I'm having trouble getting qBittorrent 4.3.2 to work correctly. I have all my *arr's and Plex set up and working great.
